Children’s Programs

Our congregation is family friendly and welcomes children of all ages, encouraging them to participate in various parts of the service. We also offer nursery care for infants and toddlers, a Junior Shabbat program for children, and a youth group for teens (L.A.U.N.C.H.) during parts of the main service.

Bar and Bat Mitzvah preparation is also available.

Services

Our services are a soulful blend of tradition and innovation. We use a traditional prayer book, with liturgy in Hebrew and English, infused with contemporary music and joyous melodies.

Stick around and join us after the service for a light meal and a chance to fellowship with others during the oneg.

Following the oneg we also offer afternoon studies and classes.

Attire

Everyone is welcome however you are dressed. Some people wear a suit or skirt, others wear jeans and a button-up shirt. Out of respect for Shabbat, the tendency among most of our congregants is “business-casual.”

Participate Virtually

Not able to participate in-person? No Problem! Our services are livestreamed on our YouTube channel (click HERE) every Saturday morning at 11:00am EST (and for special holidays and events).

Virtual Siddur - For those participating virtually, you can access a PDF version of our prayer book at the link below.

A full archive of past services, classes, and other videos can be found on our Simchat Yisrael YouTube channel, and an archive of sermon podcasts can be accessed HERE.
